Bergamo is one of the most beautiful cities in northern Italy. It consists of an old walled Upper Town (Città Alta) and a more modern Lower Town (Città Bassa). The Venetian defensive walls around Upper Town are a UNESCO World Heritage site.
With plenty of things to see and for all interests, Milan is a great city to spend a few days or longer. I was able to spend two full days there and enjoyed every moment. I hope to visit again someday to see the things I missed.
Getting to Ladrilleros can be a bit of an adventure. The only way to get there is with a one hour boat trip from Buenaventura to Juanchaco.
