Downtown San Angelo was a nice surprise on our road trip through the American West. We stopped to visit my good friend Lenny who has lived there for many years.
My friend Lenny took us to some great places to eat during our two day stay in San Angelo. There are lots of good restaurants to choose from. It’s too bad we didn’t have more time to try a few more.
Terlingua is a ghost town in the Big Bend region of Texas. It makes a great base for visiting Big Bend National Park and the surrounding area.
Marfa was a fun town to visit. Although our time there was short, we really enjoyed the quirkiness mixed in with the history. I’d love to go back and spend more time there.
