The Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway covers 62 miles of road between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico. It’s named for the turquoise mined in the area.
The Turquoise Trail makes for a great day trip between the two cities. In addition to small towns, museums, and art galleries, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and biking.
